Privacy policy

Tree'Top collects the bare minimum needed to call you back and prepare a quote. Nothing more.

What we collect, and why

• Name, phone, email (optional), town: so we can get back to you about your request.
• A description of what you need (tree height, access, timeframe): to prepare the job and the quote.
• A pseudonymised fingerprint of your IP address (never stored in the clear): purely to limit automated abuse.

Legal basis

Your consent, given explicitly when you leave your details, and pre-contractual steps (preparing the quote you asked for).

Sylvain the assistant

The summary of your request may be written with the help of an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic). Only the answers you gave the assistant are sent to it — never your browsing, never anyone else's data. If that service is unavailable, the summary is produced locally: your request goes through either way.

How long we keep it

Requests that come to nothing are deleted after 3 years. Requests that led to a quote or a job are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.

Who sees it

Fabien Roser, and no one else. Your data is never sold, shared or used for advertising.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct, erase or export your data, or object to its processing: write to contact@tree-top.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies it strictly needs to work: the session (for the assistant and the form), CSRF protection, and your language choice. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no external analytics. No consent banner is therefore required.
